Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We stand behind our products. You may request a refund within **30 days** of receiving your order if:
- Your pickleball paddle is **unused, undamaged**, and in original packaging
- The item is defective or damaged during shipping (provide photo evidence)
- Wrong item was shipped (verified by our team)

Exclusions:
Used paddles with court marks, scratches, or grip residue
Customized products (e.g., personalized engraving)
Clearance/discounted items (marked "Final Sale")

2. Return Process

Step 1:Contact b2c@meetusport.com with:
- Order number
- Product issue description + photos/video
- Return reason (defective/wrong item/change of mind)

Step 2:We’ll email:
- Return authorization (RMA) number
- Approved return method (e.g., prepaid label for defects)
- Dedicated return address

Step 3:Ship within 7 days of RMA issuance.
Tip:Use trackable shipping – we’re not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds:Processed within 5 business days
Payment method refunds:Allow 3-10 business days for bank processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Defective Product Warranty

Coverage beyond 30 days? Our paddles include a 3 months limited warranty against:
- Core material delamination
- Handle separation
- Structural cracks under normal use

*Not covered:* Damage from misuse, impact, or modifications.

5. International Returns

- Customers responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Import duties (refunds exclude original customs fees)
- Recommend using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services
